Deep drawing is a cold-working technique that shapes sheet metal into three-dimensional forms. The tooling consists of a die, punch, and blank holder, mounted on a die holder and designed to work with presses, often hydraulic, to maximize performance.

The die manufacturing process is a highly precise and carefully controlled operation that combines engineering expertise, advanced technology, and strict quality standards to deliver reliable and high-performance tooling solutions.
The Die Manufacturing Process
- Design: we use CAD software for solid modelling.
- Manufacturing: includes machining, heat treatment, polishing and surface coatings.
- Assembly and Testing: assembly of components, testing on our 300 ton hydraulic press and dimensional control of the deep-drawn part.
